FTA box is wasted? No strings?

My Viewsat Ultra FTA Box plugged in and gets power, but the LCD is just showing small green lines. Everything is connected, in fine, just the LCD sceen has this problem and for some reason the remote does not work so random, but the batteries are fine. I get no menus, no options, nothing but the TV input screen. How do I attach the receiver, if I can at all?

Viewsat go to the website and follow the instructions on how to load the factory bin. You may need to use the remote to reset everything.
