An excellent overview of Mobile Phone: Sony Ericsson Xperia X1
Combining a 3-inch Wide Screen VGA and a full QWERTY sliding keyboard, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 lets you work efficiently on the move (thanks to its operating system Windows Mobile 6.1) and enjoy your entertainment favorites – music video. It has a unique customizable paneled office that provides quick access to applications and functions you use most. Other features include a 3.2 megapixel camera / camcorder, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity for hands-free devices and stereo music streaming, Wi-Fi (802.11b / g), assisted GPS, a large 400 MB internal memory that can be expanded via memory cards MicroSD, FM radio in addition to Windows Media digital audio / video player, and up to 10 hours of talk time (GSM networks).
I love this phone! The phone is stylish and stands out from the crowd. It's a conversation piece. At least until the beginning X2:) I like being different and this phone fits w / my personality.
BATTERY: I heard that there were problems then let me tell you how I dealt w / it. I have the phone and charged it as directed. I then let the battery die completely … what she did in one day. I charge the battery and let it die completely again. After 2 full loads and drain the battery twice, my battery life improved exponentially. My phone can now go 3-4 days using Internet, billboards, and regular use.
PROS-I love the signs but I found the Spb Mobile Shell (which is free) is really the only sign I need. The panel uses Facebook gets some too. I'll try the 3 and then Spb Mobile phone and see what she has to offer. I really like all the customizable things you can do with this phone. Spb panels add much to the X1. I love the download Oxford Italian language that allows me to learn Italian on my own. The battery life is not a problem since I did the steps mentioned above. Connectivity is not a problem and the programs run flawlessly. I love Google Maps and is used to find my way after lost. It was a life saver since I was in another state. I had no problems w / the camera or take pictures. I found that by using mobile devices Windows on my laptop, I can go into my phone and the storage card and put photos, music and all other place I want to be included to make new folders if necessary. Making videos is fun and the quality is excellent! Quality Image is amazing w / or w / o flash.
If you get the phone get the Spb Mobile Shell … it brings the best qualities of phones in the light and makes contact with your finger w / o tons of research. I LOVE THIS phone. I have not recorded this phone on the network AT & T, but had no dropped calls. That says a lot because some of my classes are underground where many people call interrupted. The deadspots I have lived in the forests of Tx, somewhere between Houston & Hooks. I was told the time I save my phone, it'll be on the 3G network and will work in more places. The phone shows I'm on a "H" of the network. The sound quality.
CONS-For most people the price is a con, but since I keep a good phone for 6-9 years, it is not too expensive. He has not yahoo IM. I hate that there is no "vibrate during meeting" profile as the HTC Touch Pro, because I have to remember to turn off my phone when I go to class. You can not disable the SMS notification to send messages that can be annoying. You can see the weather for a city forecasts only 4 days. It has only three alarm clocks to be fixed. The font is small but can be changed using SPB mobile Free sheeHowever, I think most of these things can be fixed w / SPB downloads (weather, travel, weather, calendar, etc., which are most the time available for a trial period of 15). The keyboard is a little weird at first. It hurts my fingers during the first week of use. The keys are almost empty w / the keyboard and the keys are a bit small for my big fingers, but after a week of becoming a minor, if noticeable points.
I do not know if I covered everything on the X1. If I can think of anything else, I will certainly write again. I will write another review after the Testing is completed for Spb Mobile Phone Suite 3 & sbp.
This phone is worth the money and is great !!!!! Disadvantages are not and should not prevent anyone from buying, but beware … The X2 is on its way.
