One Tree Hill season 5 starting already?

I was just wondering because I'm a fan of OneTreeHill. And I usually watch it on the net or soap channel on satalite or cable, and they keep the old reapeting. I wonder if its on TV, appropriate response. Optional: you guys know what channel it is on, I sat viewsat Ultra 2000. or ect, thank you for help FANSSS ONE TREE HILL! =]
