Converter for Desk Top Blue Tooth Phones?

I work with a computer and a telephone. I already use Bluetooth headset for two way audio communication videos on the Internet. However, I also take Phone Calls. I wonder if anyone is a device that can convert my regular office Modular Telephone Land Line so I can use a blue tooth headset with it as well. someone Im thinking to make a device that can plug into the Modular Jack on the phone let me use a Bluetooth headset. Can someone help me?
