I changed my internet from Bell South and Time Warner Cable now its not working for my Xbox 360?

i use a CAT5 cable to connect my Xbox Live and I was using Bell South at the time, then I switched to Time Warner Cable because it was cheaper and now when I hook the Xbox Live will not work and the store fails the IP address ????? can you help me with this plz
